GENERAL REVIEW

Chuck was a steel industry veteran who specialized in managing and improving manufacturing operations.  During his career his responsibilities increased to the point that he became responsible for all of his company's domestic manufacturing activities.

During recent years there were numerous changes at Chuck's company that caused him to consider his future.  Chuck decided that it was time to find a new situation and environment.

He began to network, and "just as you said they would", networking associates began to contact him.  Very quickly Chuck became involved in a conversation to become the Director of Operations for a much smaller company than he had worked for previously.  The opportunities and challenges the position offered appealed to Chuck.

As a result, an agreement was reached quickly, and Chuck hit the ground running.
